Step #1:
Locate the payment email that was sent to you. It should look similar to this:
Click “View deposit options”
Step #2:
When you see this window, click the blue "Print" button
Step #3:
A screen will show that will allow you to click "Download PDF".
Step #4:
Open the Check's PDF file from the Downloads section of your computer.
Step #5:
Print this check on a normal printer and normal printer paper.
Step #6:
Carefully cut the outline of the printed check so you have a front and back portion.
Step #7:
Sign the back portion of the check before depositing.
Your Printed Check can be deposited in the following ways:

Mobile Check Deposit: (Recommended Option)
- Print the PDF image of the check on normal letter paper
- Carefully cut out the check portion of the print out
- Download your bank's smartphone application on your mobile phone.
- Open the app and find the mobile deposit feature to Deposit a Check. Follow the instructions to mobile deposit the check. -
ATM:
- Print the PDF image of the check on normal letter paper
- Carefully cut the check part of print out
- Insert into a Remote Deposit Capture or an ATM -
Present to a Bank Teller:
The printed 'Digital Check' is legally valid to be presented at a bank. However, bank tellers have varying degrees of experience and we cannot guarantee acceptance. Non-acceptance at bank counters is rare, but if it happens please use any of the alternative methods.
