If your Quickbooks integration is complete and you notice an invoice from Quickbooks has not been picked up as a Digital Payment by Checkbook's system, please wait for 5 minutes and then try again.
If you still do not see the Digital Payments, make sure the invoices you're trying to import meet the following criteria:

Recipient that the Check is made to has a valid email address associated with their Quickbooks profile.

Recipient's email address is NOT the same as the Sender's email address.

Invoice amount is within the Sending Limits set for Sender's Checkbook account.
