If your check is showing your name instead of your business name in the sender field, please ensure you have added a business bank account. Once you complete the steps below, you will be able to add your Business Information within "Settings" -> "Profile Info"
Step #1:
Log in to your Checkbook account.
Step #2:
Go to "Settings" on the bottom left-hand side of the page.
Step #3:
When in "Settings," click on the "Accounts and Cards" tab.
Step #4:
When in "Accounts," click "Add Account."
Step #5:
Follow the prompts displayed to go through the account verification process.
Step #6:
Please select "Business."
Step #7:
Follow the prompts displayed to go through the account verification process.
Step #8:
You can follow these instructions to delete your old bank account information.
You will now be able to add your Business Information within "Settings" -> "Profile Info"
