If you have received a payment to a virtual card you will be able to find the card information by following these instructions:
*If you have never logged into Checkbook before, please go to https://app.checkbook.io/login and use the same email you received your payment notification to. You will click "Forgot Password" to set your password for the first time.
1) Login to your Checkbook account and click on the "Settings" tab
2) Then click on "Accounts" listed within the dropdown below the "Settings" tab
3) Then click on the "Virtual Cards*" tab in the Accounts Header
4) You are now in the Virtual Cards section, where you will be able to see your Virtual Card details by clicking on the actual listing of your Virtual Card*.
We recommend doing this on a computer instead of a mobile device. If on a mobile device, you may need to flip your phone horizontally. If you encounter any issues, please contact Checkbook Support at support@checkbook.io
Please wait 45 minutes from the time of card creation to adding your virtual card* to a digital wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay) or use it online like a debit card.
