If your account has been disabled, don't worry it's not as bad as it sounds!
Please send an email to support@checkbook.io with the subject line “Account Disabled”

Include a selfie of yourself holding your id or driver's license (please don't send a photo of your ID - it needs to be in the format of a selfie)

Also include a copy of your bank statement or a voided check. You may redact any transaction info off of your bank statement that you wish.
